There are a number of reasons why your status might not change from Applied to Confirmed. For example, the health facility may not have reviewed your application yet.
Additionally, many facilities will have a number of qualified applicants to choose from. Sometimes, another professional's profile will be a better fit for the job requirements. If another professional is confirmed for the job, the job posting will move to your Jobs History tab (web portal) or the Past tab (app) and show a "Filled" status.
