Standard business days, or weekdays, include all days between Monday and Friday.
Under a three-business-day payment schedule, payments processed on a Friday would typically reach your bank account by the following Wednesday. Payments processed on a Tuesday should be credited to your bank account by Friday of the same week.
Federal holidays do not count as business days and may delay the release of payments. Payments processed on July 3, for example, would be visible in your bank account by July 7th, because July 4 is Independence Day and banks are closed.
