Praos Health collects two types of reviews. Positive reviews are made public. Concerns and negative reviews for unprofessional, unsafe, or non-compliant behavior are not made public; however, they are thoroughly reviewed and reported to the appropriate authorities if necessary.
We take complaints seriously and strive to investigate issues in a manner that is fair to both parties.
