Healthcare facilities should sign up for an account using the Praos app (available on the App Store and Google Play) or through the Praos Web Portal at www.praoshealth.com.
The intended administrator (admin) of the health facility's account should be the first to sign up for the Praos platform. Once they sign up, the admin can then complete the facility profile by logging into the facility's Web Portal.
Have Verification Details Ready
As part of the setup process, the health facility may need to provide a D&B number, billing contact, and payment method (credit card, ACH, or check). Credit cards are subject to pre-authorization checks during signup.
Praos representatives may contact the healthcare facility to assist the admin with the creation and setup of their account. The support provided by Praos representatives covers, but is not limited to, functions like department setup, orientation, and training for on-boarding purposes.
Personalize Your Profile
Admins also have the option of uploading their facility's logo (recommended) and providing any additional information that could be relevant to healthcare professionals interested in working at the facility.
