How to best make use of app notifications?

Please enable notifications  on your web portal and Praos app to receive credential reminders and job alerts.

Professionals will receive app, text, and email notifications for events such as application approvals, new jobs, jobs confirmations, changes to supervisor, license expirations, shift reminders, timestamps, etc. We have thought of almost everything which will make it simple and easy for you as a clinician to perform a job.

Organizations receive notifications on both app and  their web portal when candidates respond, started job, completed job, and for shift approval. In addition, expiring credentials for your team are also displayed on your dashboard.

Notifications usually 'ding' based on your app settings and appear as banners. Once read, notifications will disappear from your mobile screen. All notifications can be retrieved from the Praos app by tapping on the little 'bell' icon on the top right corner.
