How do I rate a healthcare professional and provide feedback after their shift?

You can post a review using the Praos app. Please go to My Jobs, tap on Past Jobs, and select the completed job. In the Job Details window, select Rate Professional. You can rate professionals based on the following criteria:

• Punctuality
• Professionalism
• Teamwork
• Skills and competencies

You can also award a badge of merit for excellent performance.
