How can I offer a job only to those professionals who have worked at my organization before?

Currently, all jobs are posted to the general marketplace and matched to local professionals' credentials. 

However, we're working on a feature that allows you to post a private job to a customized pool of professionals. Please check back regularly for updates about the new feature!
