There's a joint commission survey coming up. Where can I find the credential information and professional data on the nurse ?

 

Organizations may access the professional's information through the Professionals > Employees by viewing their Professional Briefcase.  Click on the appropriate nurse to access the professional's profile. Available information includes the practitioner's personal details, license information, certifications, skills, education, experience, resume, and all other information that was available at the time of hire. There is an icon for compliance report which generates an overview of overall status for licenses, certifications, and health screens.

 

 

Please note that any information exchanged between your organization and the professional outside of the platform is not available in the compliance report.
