Your login username (which is the email associated with your account) was emailed to you at the time of account activation.
If you do not remember the registered username/email address of your account please contact your recruiter.
You can reset your password via the app or Portal.
Click on Forgot Password on your app login screen. You will be asked to enter the email address associated with your account.
A link will be sent to your email address associated with your account. Please check your junk folder or spam.
You can reset your password via the Forgot Password link in your JNP account portal
If you never activated your account but were invited by your recruiter, then a link will be re-sent to you to activate your account first and then set your password.
