My skills Checklist is not loading. I am unable to access my Skills Checklist.

We recommend using a PC or Tablet to complete Skills Checklists but many of our nurses simply do it on their phones. Here are a few tips....you gotta scroll ...

Please click on the name of the Skills Checklist to access the checklist.

Using the App/Phone?

Make sure you click on the name of the relevant Skills Checklist and scroll up / down to view the entire list.

A) You can complete a checklist from the provided list by clicking on the name of the skill.

or

B) You can upload a Checklist that you may have completed on another system 

A) Choose a checklist from the list provided

OR

B) Upload an external checklist/test that you may have completed. (PDF required)

For listed Skills Checklists, complete based on the instructions provided.

Complete Footer

Once complete the tick box will indicate that you have completed the checklist.
