What happens when a professional cancels a confirmed job?

The Praos platform tracks cancellations automatically and provides metrics. 

We understand that there are emergencies and have made it easy for the Professional to contact supervisors via the app's built-in Chat and Call features. The actual cancellation policy depends on your own organizational rules.

When a Professional chooses to cancel a confirmed job, the platform alerts the professional that their cancellation score will be impacted and is visible on their profile. 

Organizations may e-post the job via the web portal.
