Praos Health practitioners are expected to act professionally at all times and to adhere to each facility's policies and procedures. If you feel that a professional has fallen short of these expectations, please contact support@praoshealth.zendesk.com with a detailed account of your concerns.
Praos Health does not provide refunds for completed shifts. However, we take your concerns very seriously, and all complaints are thoroughly reviewed. We follow a strict three-strike policy. A valid complaint counts as a strike against a Praos practitioner. Practitioners are removed from the Praos platform if they receive three strikes.
