What to do When Your Photo Uploads Sideways
This problem is caused by a software function on some Android phones, which automatically places photos in landscape orientation no matter what orientation they were originally taken in.
To correct this issue:
1) Upload your photo in a photo editing software, such as Photos (Mac), Paint (PC), or Pixler (either).
2) Rotate the photo so that it is in portrait orientation.
3) Save it to your computer.
4) Upload it to your Professional Briefcase.
