How can I set my notification preferences for SMS, Email, and Mobile app?

Mobile App

You can use your mobile phone app settings to turn your app notifications ON or OFF.

We recommend that you keep your app notifications ON at all times. Doing so ensures that you never miss job match notifications,  or reminders about certification and license renewals.  

Email and SMS/Text notifications

Login to your Professional Briefcase and click on the arrow next to the profile picture (top right corner of the panel)

Click on Settings (the GEAR icon)

You can set your preferences for email and text notifications.

You can also access the gear icon from any tab within your Professional Briefcase.
