An email address is used for signup and can be registered in two ways:
a. Your Email is registered by your Organization
Your account will be setup by your organization and you will be invited to complete your profile and download the app. For this, your invitation will be sent via text and/or email, and you can set your password via either medium.
b. You provide own email when signing up via a Job Portal, Nursing Association Portal, etc.
You probably signed up through a job application process or campaign from your organization. In this case, you would have received an email requesting you to confirm your email address.
In both cases, check your spam or junk folders for an email coming from firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Welcome Email
The welcome email will come from email@example.com on behalf of your organization and it will clearly provide you with your credentials, including username and a link to reset your password (if needed). We will not share passwords via email.
TIP: Look for subject line: "Welcome to ..." and sender firstname.lastname@example.org
