What is the Professional Briefcase™?

The Professional Briefcase is a repository of your professional information that showcases all of your credentials (license, specialty, certifications, education, and resume), your work history, and a snapshot of your relevant personal information. All of this information can be viewed by potential employers using the platform when you apply for a job. You can also share your Professional Briefcase with recruiters using the Share Profile (in your settings menu).

We use the information in your Briefcase to send you alerts and reminders for expiring licenses, certifications, and documents, ensuring that you are always up-to-date with renewals. Your credentials must be kept current in order to keep receiving job notifications. 

The Professional Briefcase is also a valuable tool for backing up your professional data to avoid losing information when your PC or mobile device is damaged. Your data is always backed up and secure, and it will never be shared with a third party.

The Professional Briefcase is simple to use and update. When you gain a new skill, just add it to your skills checklist to strengthen your profile. Any time you update your resume, the new version can be easily uploaded to your account. 

The Professional Briefcase is your professional identity in the cloud and is available to you through your nursing association, job boards, staffing agencies, and employer portals.
