Can I work in a different state?

If you are a permanent resident in any of the 30+ states that currently constitute the Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC), then you are eligible to work in all NLC states. For example, if you are licensed in Florida, then you can work in Texas or any of the other compact states.

The Praos platform automatically knows whether you have a compact license or not.
