If you are a permanent resident in any of the 30+ states that currently constitute the Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC), then you are eligible to work in all NLC states. For example, if you are licensed in Florida, then you can work in Texas or any of the other compact states.
The Praos platform automatically knows whether you have a compact license or not. When your employer or agency uses the Praos Professional Briefcase, you will be matched to all available jobs in all NLC states. Telehealth is a great example of where you can work in a different state and even work from home.
Notifications are usually based on your work distance preference and personal preferences. To look for a specific job in a different state or city, just enter that city or zip code in your search bar to see available opportunities your agency or employer have in the area.
